Before using any of the services listed on our website or conducting any business with USAMedicalCommerce.com, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. By using any of the services listed on the website and/or by conducting any business with USAMedicalCommerce.com, you are acknowledging and agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions below, then you are not authorized and cannot utilize any of the services on the website and you are not authorized and cannot conduct any business with USAMedicalCommerce.com.

I am at least 18 years of age.

I agree to not send opened or expired products and that if I do, they will not be returned.

• I am at least 18 years of age.
• I acknowledge and agree that I can only sell my diabetic supplies that are factory sealed and have at least 2 months until expiration on select brands. 
• If I send supplies that have less than 2 months until expiration on select brands, that have been tampered with, or had the factory seal broken, I acknowledge and agree that my supplies will not be returned and I will not receive any compensation.
• It is my responsibility to ensure that my supplies are packaged carefully and securely. usamedicalcommerce.com will not pay for boxes in full or at all for product that is damaged during shipment.
• I acknowledge and agree that I am the only one responsible and not usamedicalcommerce.com for my package being lost in transit or being marked delivered prematurely by USPS and it is my responsibility to file a missing package claim on my behalf.
• I acknowledge and agree that if I send test strips or supplies that are not a brand listed on this website, that have not been negotiated upon beforehand via Facebook message or via phone or email, that I will not receive any compensation and my test strips and supplies will be donated. Again, no test strips or supplies will be returned under these conditions.
• I acknowledge and agree that once my payment is sent via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or Check my items are not returnable to me under any circumstances.
•  I acknowledge and agree that if my payout is between $1,000.00 and $4,999.00,  there will be a Net-7 Day payment term at minimum to a Net-10 Day payment term at maximum.
• I acknowledge and agree that if my payout exceeds $5,000.00  there is a Net-10 Day payment term at minimum to a Net-20 Day payment term at maximum.
• I acknowledge and agree that usamedicalcommerce.com cannot reverse electronic payments once they have been sent out. Including, but not limited to, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, bank wires, etc. If I provide an incorrect CashApp or Venmo tag, the wrong bank account information for wires, an incorrect email address, etc. it is not the Payor’s responsibility to refund my payment. If this occurs, I must contact the corresponding payment entity for a solution.
• I acknowledge and agree that I lawfully own or possess test strips and supplies with rights to sell.
• If test strips and supplies meet all of the aforementioned terms and conditions, usamedicalcommerce.com agrees to disperse the total payment due within 24 hours upon approval via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or to be sent a Check. We do NOT cover the 2.9% fee charged by Paypal or any other fees from any other e-Payment entities as a payment option.
• usamedicalcommerce.com will destroy all prescription labels before redistributing my supplies. I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for damage I cause to boxes if I choose to take off labels myself.
• I acknowledge and agree that I cannot sell any test strips or supplies that are paid for by Medicare or Medicaid or any government funded program.
• I acknowledge and agree that the standard delivery time for a check sent via USPS is 3 to 5 business days, but may take up to 14 days due to varying shipping times not controllable by usamedicalcommerce.com.
• I acknowledge and agree that if my check is lost, it is my responsibility to reach out to usamedicalcommerce.com and ask for a stop payment cancellation to be issued. Once a stop payment cancellation is put in place, a new check will be sent. This process may take up to 14 business days.
• I acknowledge and agree to transfer all right, title and interest in the supplies to usamedicalcommerce.com upon the receipt and inspection of the supplies by usamedicalcommerce.com.
• I further acknowledge and agree that by entering this agreement and conducting business with usamedicalcommerce.com, I waive the right to a trial by jury and acknowledge and agree to only bring claims in my individual capacity and not as a class member or plaintiff in any purported class or representative proceeding.
• I consent and agree to receive text messages and or phone calls and or emails from usamedicalcommerce.com and its affiliates for the purposes listed herein as well as in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by this reference.
• I agree that usamedicalcommerce.com and its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to usamedicalcommerce.com, will not have any liability to you in excess of the final value assigned by usamedicalcommerce.com at the time of inspection for the item.
• I agree that usamedicalcommerce.com and its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to usamedicalcommerce.com will not be liable for any foreseeable or unforeseeable damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of this agreement.
• I understand all prices listed and the value assigned to the item is not equivalent to a fair market value, and all values listed on this site are subject to change at any time.
• The diabetic test strips and supplies I am selling belong to me. They are not stolen. They are sealed and non-expired. The sale of these test strips and supplies does not deviate from or alter my prescription or care plan.
• I understand the terms and conditions for this website can change at any time and I will not be notified of these changes. I understand it is my responsibility to read through the Terms and conditions every time I sell my diabetic supplies to usamedicalcommerce.com.
• I agree and accept to follow the EXPIRATION DATE CONDITIONS & CONDITION GUIDELINES before sending my supplies to usamedicalcommerce.com
• I agree that a New Seller Bonus is only applied if I send more than $45 worth of product.
