Condition Guidelines
USA Medical Commerce follows this grading criteria when inspecting your items. It is extremely important you always check your items and package them securely before mailing them to us.
We have to resell these items so keeping them in great condition will increase your payouts. It is very easy to overlook the condition of your boxes, however, we cannot pay full price for even the smallest cosmetic defects. We are also not liable for any items damaged in transit from the mail carriers.

Product Grading Conditions
We currently have 3 grading conditions when examining your items.
Mint
Perfect condition & store shelf quality, no visible dings, dents, scratches anywhere regardless of size.
Dinged
1 or more small creases, bends, very tiny tears specs, dent or scratches on any part of box.
Damaged
Multiple tears no matter the size, multiple large creases or dents, scoring from pens, discoloration, ink marks, stains of any kind excluding water. See below for disclaimer*

Dinged products will not be considered as qualified for bonuses
- -$3.00 - Any Test Strips
- -$5.00 - All Freestyle Libre, Any Glucose Meters
- -$10.00 - All Dexcom, Omnipod, Insulin, Medtronic & Tandem products
- - $0.50 - BD products & Lancets
Damaged Pricing
Damaged products will not be considered as qualified for bonuses.

We do NOT purchase any products with broken seals; expired; stains or damaged covering of any kind on the Manufacturer’s Information part of the box, which includes: Expiry Dates, Lot #, Barcode, REF, MMT, STP, STE or any other Manufacturer Information (Please Contact Us for clarification); boxes with marker marks, seal colors missing, or water stains anywhere on the box. Every package or mail-in return kit is inspected and graded on this guideline and pictures will be provided to you for proof along with the email we will send regarding your payout.
